In fact it means the opposite contrary to how it sounds. In other words, the way we work has been specifically curated so that every single aspect of “oh but what about xyz” is catered to. For example, a person may ask “oh but what about if my wali isn’t available for a marriage meeting” or “I’m a revert and I don’t have a guardian willing to help me get married”. We’ve got you covered in every likely scenario In sha Allah so this means you can feel rest assured that we’re not just using the word ‘halal’ as an everyday label without meaning. We take our values very seriously leaving no room for fault. We have eliminated free-mixing and our filtration system ensures that only serious people willing to get married in an honourable way come forward. Moreover, our system is backed by sharia compliant rules Alhamdullilah.

Since you asked, here is the honest (and blunt) truth. Because this is our full-time job, because we need to live off of a halal income, provide for our own families and because we have are own several overhead costs and staff to pay on time. We acknowledge and appreciate that not every Muslim/Muslimah who is looking to get married can afford our services an thus we genuinely encourage an even better option than using our services; striving hard and making plenty of dua! This is not sarcasm, we truly do recommend this because you really never know which of your efforts can lead you to a life full of marital bliss ad as Muslims, dua is something to hold on to dearly and In sha Allah, good things and good people will come your way! The key is to never give up. Feeling sorry for yourself shouldn’t be our go-to response. Please note that grounds of refunds do not include unmet expectations or the dislike of the matches selected and Nikahified does not take liability for any form of mismatches and/or a lack of guaranteed matches. We offer a transparent service which makes clear that despite our best efforts, Nikahified does not and cannot guarantee matches and you agree to these terms upon signing up thus the above does not hold grounds for a refund under our no-refund policy.
